Workout Routines
Post your favourite workout splits and routines.

I used to follow a 4 day split, traditionally focusing on a body part of two per day, and then starting again after 4 days.

What I currently do is far different. I will be writing tomorrow's workout while I am completing today's. What that means is that I will review what I've done over the past week, make sure that I have hit every body part thoroughly, and build tomorrow's workout based on how I feel.

Nothing is concrete, and because I listen to my body, I avoid injury while getting better day after day.
